Any recommendations on where to take a basic beginner sewing class? I'm terrible at it and need to learn.

I work 4 12s and then have 4 days off. each work it jumps one day ahead......This week I have T W Th F off, Next week I have W Th F S and so on...... -

Sat, March 1, 2008 - 10:47 AMI think I am the queen of patching jeans!! I actually have about 10 pairs of patched jeans that I wear for work when I work nights. They would be less obvious that they were patched, but I use bright print material, someone asked me one time if I wear boxers! -
